Charmaine Sims

Charmaine Sims joined the Australian Public Service Commission as General Counsel in August 2021. She has previously worked as an in-house lawyer for the Department of Social Services, the former Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, the former Department of Employment and Workplace relations and the Migration Agents Registration Authority.

She has a background in all areas of government law, audit and complaint management with significant experience in the Social Services portfolio.
